This new owner have some tricks up their sleeves, their food taste wayy better and seems like their tables and floor get wipes after every customer or so, 10/10 would come back again.
Small place. Forgetful staff! Make sure you remind them that you ordered something because they're not attentive. And when you remind them, tell them again WHAT you ordered or they'll bring the wrong pho. (This was second visit.) On first visit, bowl was quick and right. Pho broth was well-seasoned. Visit restroom for a questionable precept.
Pho Bowls and Bamboo Express are the same location. Sneaky way of trying to change their ratings. Look at Bamboo Express reviews for more bad ratings with same complaints. Not professional to do this. Want to get higher ratings? Become better at customer service, serve with care, and don’t be short on the amount of food that should be given.
