Bamboo Hat Express

WORST SERVICE EVER! Ordered drinks took 20 minutes to get them, after being told they were out of coke and only had tea and water. Order food, party walked in after us got their order before we did. After 45 min of waiting they told us they were out of chicken, and beef completely eliminating what we ordered. Asked to just pay for the drinks as we had decided to go somewhere else and heard the cook say “we already started making the food”

We ordered sea food pho bowls and it was super greasy. Too much grease and we cant even eat it. I called to complain and i have talked to the owner and i dont know if she understood me then she said “ok” and hung up. Very disappointing.

Service was extremely slow. I placed my order 30 minutes before I got there and I had to wait for 15 additional minutes. Food was mediocre, portions to go are way smaller than other similar restaurants (they garnish and put so much vegetables that the large dish is actually a small one proportional to other places). Waiter was rude and cashier didn't even acknowledge, just charged and didn't even say hi. I would not recommend this to a friend. Not coming back.
