Saw an advertisement on TV yesterday, tried it out today. Worst experience ever. Spent over 45 minutes waiting for food. They messed the order up, so half the order was made and put in the warmer while they redid the messed up sandwich. None of the sandwiches had the correct cheese on it. And quality was just TERRIBLE. And prices are outrageous. We spent $40.00 on 2 combo meals. My wife took 3 bites, I took only a few bites as well. All the food went to the trash. Also, I literally watched homeboy handle food, cooking, making fries, packaging food, wrapping sandwiches, making drinks , taking orders, answering phones , cashing people out all while wearing the same pair of gloves. This ain't right, we'll see if management reaches out to make this right.
