Food was good surrounding tables were dirty longer than I like to sit around, was warm inside and not crowded, so not sure what that was? But service was fine
June 24th 2022 got there at 10pm, was greeted by the host and sat. We sat for 10 minutes with no drink, our host came back and asked if she could get us something to drink. My husband and I sat with our menus for 30 minutes to even see our server. When she finally came she took our order then we waited about another 35 minutes to get our food. While we were waiting for our food all the workers were just standing in the back talking about the guests and about how they don’t understand why people are complaining, playing loud inappropriate music. When new guests were walking in the host was meeting them at the door telling them they didn’t have any food left and they couldn’t eat there. Our drinks weren’t filled at all. Our server checked on us all of one time. I took a bite of my food and bit into plastic. After that I didn’t even eat my food I got up and left and they still made us pay for everything. Terrible service, we will NEVER be back. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.
I placed a late night pick up order for my kiddos after swimming at the nearby hotel. The woman who put our order together was very kind and we had everything we ordered plus butter, syrup, whip and sprinkles for the pancakes! The kids menu prices can't be beat for what you get!! Plus it was ready in time. Thank you!
