They were understaffed completely unfair to the employees at work there the lady working drive through was also working the front register and passing out the food it was completely unprofessional of that company to put her in that situation
5 straight times they have failed to make the order correctly. I don't modify the food. They just either don't know how to make it correctly or don't care. Twice forgot onions and ketchup on a whopper, once original chicken sand forgot the lettuce and mayo, the only 2 things on the sandwich. Last 2 times only 1 piece of cheese not the 2 that are suppose to be on it on the breakfast melts. Ik it's minor but you pay for it and it's suppose to come on it. I will not go back to this location and just wanted to warn others
I been a fan of charbroil burger King for years but lately it been really lacking. The last visit it wasn't busy so don't understand why my fries were hard overcooked and dry. Their shake/malt machine always shut down or broke whenever I gone there in past so why bother put it on menu in my opinion. The freshness just not there and it just seems to be getting by which is unfortunate
