Park & Grove

Stopped here for Sunday brunch and it was the perfect place for us. We got a corner round table since there was 7 of us. The Bloody Mary was amazing and a great start to the day. They had gluten free bread which was a dream come true because I was craving bread and yet cannot eat it. I enjoyed the lox and avocado. It was extremely fresh and delicious. Everyone got amazing food at the table as well. Our waitress Eden was also very sweet and kind and made the experience even better.

A nice little jewel of a restaurant in the Hampton park area. Plenty of parking in the old ballpark lot across the street. Nice outdoor and indoor spaces, a pleasant bar surrounded by tables of various sizes. The wait staff is very good and there is a very reasonable selection of wines snd cocktails. Beer offerings were a little short which is a shame considering Charlestons vibrant breweries scene. We ate off the restaurant week menu which was a very good value. Fish dish was pan fried and perfectly cooked, pork chop and short ribs were tasty, tender and accompanied by sides of crispy potatoes and mushrooms. Ambiance was good snd noise levels were tolerable. Overall a very good dining experience. We give it four clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

What a great neighborhood spot! Drinks and food are so good. Love the outdoor patio. I think on Tuesdays they have live music also which is always fun!
