Papa Johns Pizza

They were VERY skimpy on their toppings. We paid extra for mushrooms added on our pizza. There were maybe 6 or 7 VERY small pieces of mushrooms on a large pizza. We also ordered the large pepperoni, sausage and 6 different cheese pizza with mushrooms added. It didn't look like there were 6 different cheeses and this pizza had maybe 6 or 7 VERY small pieces of mushrooms on it as well.

I have been trying to follow up on non-delivered items for a week now. On the day I ordered, I spent over 30 minutes collectively on hold never to get anyone on the phone to resend or refund me. I called the corporate line and was told I’d be contacted in 48 hours. That never happened. Three days later I called corporate again and was asked to wait 48 hours for the store manager to call me. Also never happened. Today I spent 20 minutes on hold at this location, again, with no one picking up the phone. I called corporate, again, and this time they attempted to call the store. Surprise, no one picked up, so I have, again - for the third time now- been asked to give 48 hours for a call back from upper management. At this point Papa Johns has stolen my money and given me the run around. This is completely unacceptable. Any business that treats its customers in this fashion deserves to fail.

My neighbor ordered a pizza tonight at papa John’s in Westerville, oh It took about 2.5 hours for it to arrive, meanwhile my friends keeps going outside cause she ordered no contact She is so sweet and way to kind, when she finally called and waited 6.27 min to actually talk to a human, well.... My neighbor has way to much class to complain. So she was asking what happened and your manager blew her right off and I felt so bad for her Mean for no reason and excuse me, but you should have made a new pizza and scrapped the first, but no we got a very cold pizza. Hope management knows what happing at this location, just sayin!
