If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would! We just went through the drive through and ordered a mashed potato bowl with no corn and a side of mac and cheese. We received the the mashed potato bowl and a side of mashed potato with no receipt. When we went back through the drive through we were told that we got the side of mashed potatoes because they were out of mac and cheese. I tried to explain that we wouldn't have ordered a side at all if we were told in the beginning that they were out of mac and cheese because we already had mashed potatoes in the bowl. All they said was there was nothing they could do to help us. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back to this location and I hope others will follow after reading this review!

The worst KFC and restaurant I've ever been to. Rude and unprofessional shift supervisor and custodial employee. Started with finding out no plasticwares (huh), another customer kindly gave me her personal plasticwares from her car, floor was mopped with too much water and soap, no wet floor sign anywhere (safety concern and violation), custodian left a bucket of cleanser with chemical products on table in dining room, mop bucket was blocking the doorway in foyer and all this was during lunch hour. What's more supervisor's car was parked closest to entry door and was almost to the yellow line. Hard for me to get out and in. Why didn't she park in the back and have respect for the customers. This KFC by all means should be shut down. Look at all the reviews within the last few months. Manager or owner ought to be at present and observe. You will KNOW!!!

I ordered a 12 piece meal for carryout. When I got home I discovered I was only given 9 pieces. I called and the manager said she could not give me what I paid for because we had already started eating the food. So you better count your chicken before you eat it or you're screwed.
