Massey's Pizza Westerville

It's ok sometimes nothing great if it's not hot & fresh. Will not be ordering from them as I'm always getting charged more for the same exact order everytime. When I ask why it's more when I ordered the same exact thing last time they ALWAYS say you didn't get charged delivery. This has been 5x. I Believe they are pocketing the money because why? It's the only reasonable explanation. Beware they will rip you off. It's Westerville. There is money here & we have money hungry faculties!

I was looking for a place to take my celiac (gluten free) daughter for dinner, so we stopped in and she got one of their gluten free pizzas. I had never tried a Sicilian style pizza, so I ordered one of those for myself. Although they were very busy, the lady taking our order took the time to explain our options and answer our questions after we had looked at the menu. We both enjoyed our meal very much and had a great time. We'll definitely do this again. This was my first experience at a Massey's pizza.

I have had Massey's Pizza for years and it was good back in the day. I stopped going regularly since they changed there sausage. Tried them again in Westerville 1st time alright, second time I understand why the customer was in there Thurs night Aug 4 upset about her order not being fully cooked. The front clerk/csahier said she could not make the woman another pizza cause she had eaten to much but a staffer said she had only eaten 2 maybe 3 slice and it was put back in the box. I foolishly thought the woman was trying to run a game only to find out the game was on me tonight Saturday Aug 6. My order pep, sau, ex-cheese - on the other half add mush, pepp n onion...what I got was pep only on the edges of the veggie side with no extra cheese, no sausage nor any pepperoni in the middle. I called the Westerville location and was told there was nothing they could do about it after taking my $34.
