Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered the bowl and was pleasently surprised, finally a tasty pizza experience that is diabetic friendly, it was extremely tasty and satisfied my hunger. Kudos to papa John's for offering up this great meal. Thank you I hope you keep it on your menu.

Worse service ever let my kids ask for napkins while I walked to the car they come back with a attitude saying he walked away from them When asked the question. To be completely honest I just pay for the pizza with no tips I tip after the service I assumed he saw there is no tip and he went and jump to conclusions. If he cares more about a dollar more then kids y’all (papa John) need to pay them more.

They delivered to the wrong house, and somehow that’s my fault. We ordered pizza through the app and never received a confirmation. We called about a half an hour later and the rude manager just said “it’s the next one to go out with my driver” (no specific time given). I see a missed call about half an hour later and cannot dial back. I just see a voicemail that says it was delivered (it wasn’t). I call the store and speak with the rudest woman on the face of the earth - we now have to order again, get charged twice, and she says “maybe you should check your phone next time.” She wouldn’t resend the order over the phone, didn’t even offer an apology, or try to rectify the situation. This woman is incompetent; how hard is it to just apologize and fix the situation?
