Mis Sueños

Three of us dined at Mis suenos in mid September and we were very satisfied with the food, the service, the decor of the room with the beautiful paintings and the very pleasing Latin music which was at the perfect volume. We returned the following week and we were equally satisfied. Keep up the great work Mis Suenos staff.

Their food is good. I wish they were consistent and had the ability to accept when a dish was not served as the menu said it would be. If you have a problem he will likely say "This is how we make it now". That same item could likely be served a little different next time and you will hear the same thing.

I normally don’t write reviews but was at Mis Suenos tonight for dinner for my best friends birthday and I found a hair in my dinner, not my hair, it was buried inside the fajitas I ordered and I pulled out the hair, showing and letting the waiter know (never mentioned his name as nobody wears name tags there) and he didn’t even really say anything just asking me if I wanted another order of fajitas, and shrugged it off, we also had to ask for everything instead of being asked by our waiter, I then received the bill, the waiter offered nothing for the inconvenience nor did the manager, not even an apology, I go up to the bar and explain to the manager what happened and he says “it’s ok” no, it’s not ok, I am not looking for a free meal nor a hand out, but at least an apology or take my dinner off the bill, I too work in customer service and this restaurant obviously does not care about customer service, I work a very demanding job and was looking forward to a nice birthday dinner and d
