Double B's BBQ Restaurant & Timber’s Catering MKE-Style BBQ

I am giving this place a 4 star review due to the high quality service of the waiting staff, and the ambience/aesthetic of the restaurant. Not due to the quality of food. The Mac and cheese was cold as was the corn bread (like noticeably cold), and the baby back ribs were extremely tuff and dry. Maybe due to supply chain issues maybe the quality has decreased? They did have a nice selection of beers and other spirits available, if you are into that. But they also have non alcoholic options for their cocktails. I will give them another try, and I guess I would recommend you check for yourself.

This food is spectacular! I enjoyed the pulled pork the first time I came in along with the vegetable of the day and the sweet potato fried along with a nice hot tea with honey in it. My daughter enjoyed a beautiful hamburger. Everything was cooked to perfection! We went there again, another day, which was the day of the parade, and we had pulled pork chicken and she went back for a hamburger again a cheeseburger. It was fantastic. Great service great care, beautiful atmosphere. I definitely will go back. I recommend him highly. Kid-friendliness: I saw a kid menus and a lot of kids having a lot of fun and seem to be enjoying their food. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors right to the sidewalk so you can get in easily.

The food was so delicious!!! Not fall off the bone ribs, a different type of good! Beans were really yummy, burnt ends are the best, and the cornbread is addictive. Burger is the best burger in this city we had! The wait staff is very nice, the only thing is that the bus girl was at the table every 30 seconds about 15 times near the end , taking items away, never excusing herself. Stepped on my foot at one point, very irritating. I feel like that process should be done when customers begin to get up to leave. Or at least speak while it’s being done. It was exhausting. But we will be back anyway! Great BBQ!
