Papa Johns Pizza

Food took forever to get, I had to walk outside to get my order from the driver. He would not bring it to the door and on top of all of that. They sent me the wrong order. I tried calling the location and all that I got was a recording about pizza. Will never spend another dollar there. Poor, poor service...

So I ordered from this papa john, the food never came after over an hour, I called them and they say it’s Door dash’s fault, and original told me to call them. I said I didn’t order through door dash I order through papa johns y’all decided to use doordash.. I told them I had a large party here waiting on food, and I was willing to go pick it up and they told me I can’t now because they refunded the order, when I didn’t even ask for a refund I wanted the food. The manager of this store was very unprofessional at this store and basically trying to say it is not their fault, but they decided to use doordash for my order.

I've always had an awesome experience every time with this Papa John's. This specific location is timely and consistent with their pizza. I know, because I worked temporarily in Cali. And I ordered the same kind of pizza from Papa out there and it was absolutely disgusting. You won't get that here. This is a well run location with consistently yummy pizza and the delivery staff is always friendly.
