Terrible service. I ordered a baconator and my boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich. We both received Dave’s singles instead of what we wanted and our fries were cold. The only good thing was the chicken nuggets. The girl who took our order was not nice and rushed us through ordering our food. We tried to call to get it fixed but nobody answered.
The evening shift from 7 to close is amazing very friendly and always on top of the line and getting orders right but dinner staff from about 4 to 6 messes up all kinds of orders I asked for a number 3 spicy with BBQ sauce got a number 10 the manager did give me the “correct order” once I called and went back but I got regular nuggets instead of spicy just pay attention to your order closely if you go before 7pm. Not to mention the lady taking the order at the drive thru was so loud I’m sure 3 cars back could hear what I ordered.
Best Wendy's I've ever visited. The drive thru crew were friendly, efficient. The fella taking orders made me wanna go back just to hear his voice. ????
