Panera Bread

2nd time they have sent the wrong order. I ordered thru the Panera app. The correct order is listed on receipt they stapled to the bag, but they still packed the wrong soup. My biggest complaint is that now, no one answers the phone after over an hr, & you can't even leave a message. There is also nowhere on the app or website to file a complaint to get it made right. It is not even a regular "meal time", so they shouldn't be all that busy. Panera McKinney, PLEASE train your employees to know the difference between noodles & rice...it's not hard! And, you need to seriously step up on customer service. No one wants to pay for an order, to receive the wrong items, and then have no recourse to make it right other than driving over there.

Sandwich was OK. tea was good. But the place was a mess of dirty tables. And management and staff was goofing off and chatting loudly. It was hard to find a clean table. And this was at 3:20pm on a Friday. Plenty of time for employees to clean up. And for Mgr to lend a hand. Pretty despicable.

Stopped in to see old car and have breakfast. It was very clear we we going to sit down to eat BUT they served my cinnamon roll in a box and point to a micro wave since I wanted it heated. I was just expecting a little more at the price point
