Panera Bread

Brown avocado on my salad, and they forgot the four baguettes that were supposed to come with my food. The person taking my drive-thru order was curt and sounded annoyed. Not worth the prices they charge!

Stopped at the drive through about 8:30pm. It says they close at 9pm online. I get there and I'm told they are closed. I leave to go somewhere else. I decided to call them and ask when the close since there were still multiple employees there. To my surprise they pickup the phone and I ask when they close and I was told 9pm. So my question is why was I told they were closed when going through the drive through??

I've been to this drive thru twice. The first time, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to be told that I should order at the window instead of the box. When I got to the window 10 minutes later they said to come inside instead. The second time, they were rude when I went to pay with a gift card because it wasn't one that could be scanned but needed to be typed in (but it was issued by Panera so there wasn't much I could do about that) and then when I got home I realized they only gave me 4 of the 6 bagels I ordered ans didn't slice any though I had ordered them sliced but not toasted. The food is what you'd expect from Panera, but the service is terrible.
