So the customer service is great. Everything is great, the only reason I’m writing this is because the expensive chefs chicken sandwiches are not only expensive, but they suck. They taste frozen… but their flat breads are A1.
Really the first time I have ever been in a Panera... Staff not trained enough to ask questions so a new customer gets what they want... The price I paid for the food did not match the amount and quality... Very poor service... I won't be back.... BTW... I generally am a big tipper but $3 bucks was appropriate for the service I received... Have a good day
