IHOP

On a Monday around 12, without a full house or anything preventing good service... We were sat rather quick but then were left ignored for over 10 minutes. Servers had big long conversations with customers around us, they seemed tunnel visioned on everything but us. Never once did someone so much as look at us, say they'd be with us in a second, nothing. We didn't even get a drink order. We left, and will never bother wasting time and certainly money there. As a restaurant manager, if you can't handle good service on a Monday... The slowest day of our service week... You can't handle it ever. The Bob Evans down the road is leagues more consistent and enjoyable, so off we go to there.

I spent $34 on some weak thin bacon and some, what seemed like microwaved, pancakes. The server was nice but I was there for food not friendship. $20 cheaper would have been better. I would go down the street to Bob Evans next. Don’t go to this place

My server was excellent and food was delicious however the hospitality was horrible. Seniors and families with children came in and the front desk was not attended to greet these people. The restaurant was not busy and even though there were only 2 servers people should not have to wait 15 minutes to be greeted let alone to be seated. Shameful
