I dine in at this location once a week with my daughter who is autistic. The employees always make us feel welcomed and are very caring. Sometimes it can be challenging for my daughter to wait in line if it's crowded and the cashier has even brought our food to our table a time or two. The employees are very nice and helpful and it is always clean. The manager is always working hard alongside the other employees.
I take one of my kids out each Saturday morning to get hotcakes at McDonald's. This is by far the best one I have been to in the Cincinnati area. Yesterday, I went here and ordered my usual order. They literally called out that my order was ready BEFORE I got my receipt with the order number on it. Other Saturdays haven't been as fast, but I still appreciate their preparedness.
Ever since new ownership, this is my daily go to on lunch. Everybody is super nice, polite and smiling. The staff is awesome and I haven't had a wrong order since new ownership, which is really saying something. Great job everyone.
