Panera Bread

My chicken chipotle avocado sandwich was absolutely disgusting. It was unbelievably messy and my sandwich was practically falling apart. mind you, I get this sandwich every single time I go to Panera end it has never been like this. I took two bites and threw it out. I didn’t have time to eat another one or go back in to get another one because I am on my lunch break. Completely change my mood in a bad way. I wish people’s work ethic was better and cared what they were giving people.

Unbearable. Waited 45 minutes for the food to be ready and by the time our whole order came (2 drinks, 2 pastries, 2 sandwiches) the sandwiches were completely cold. The system also did not send me a text when our order was ready like the kiosk said it would.

Charged us for a steak sandwich and a side and didn’t put it in the order. When I tried contacting them via phone, they continuously hung up on me without answering the phone. I know many of these kinds of restaurants employ people of lesser intelligence, but even an idiot could provide good customer service especially when it comes to a genuine mistake. Will be contacting their corporate office tomorrow!
