Don't want to bash a black owned business. They just need to be open when they say they are. Definitely call ahead. They ran out of the meal I wanted so I just had baked chicken. Food was eehh????. They are moving...have moved ?...hopefully that comes with better hours; I will try them again.
Got that shrimp Alfredo mac special from these great cooks at Kitchen 216. You can see the effort and care they put into every meal and it shows in the presentation and taste. Proud to see this establishment doing their thing on Lark St. Check them out if you have the chance.
One of the BEST soul food spots in the 518! It's a MUST GO for me. I did stop by on 11/13 and they were out of fried wings. They were not offering any cornbread/muffins with dinners as a side. They don't have catfish either. Kitchen 216 is in the process of relocating to a new location so maybe that's why they have a limited menu.
