Panda Express

Made an online order 30 minutes before closing. Having worked at a different location before I was used to orders coming in at the last minute and making sure the order was fulfilled correctly, so this was naturally the standard I held. Instead they gave us mostly orange chicken and a few other random entrees that we did not order, circling almost our entire order writing “no more” to the side. Lucky for us, they chose to give us the one entree that we hate :). Very disappointed in this bad business practice and wish I could get my money back.

I bought myself a plate and cheese ragoons, they gave me two cheese ragoons with nothing, I called they said the only way I’ll get another one I have to go in. I drove all the way there and back, I’m not gonna drive again. Disappointed I had to pay for something that I did not receive. Wish they could refund me or a better solution. At least a gift card for the replacement.

Always get the same thing. 2 main entrees and a side. Orange chicken and sweet n sour chicken. The side I do half chow mein and half fried rice. It's generally very consistent but this last time I went the food seemed like it had been sitting under the lamps for awhile so I had to get them to make me a new plate that was fresh. To their credit the employee was very friendly and quickly went to make it right. Will be back again when I get the craving for orange chicken again.
