This location is usually terrible and busy, but today was horrible. The employees showed no competency during a busy lunch hour. It took me 20 minutes later than when my food said it would be ready until I received it. Every time someone asked about the status of their order there was no answer as to why they weren’t being completed. There was a complete disregard for customer service and the employees were moving at a pace slower than necessary, including taking breaks to pour themselves drinks instead of completing orders. I’ve worked in jobs with hangry customers before, so I get that’s it’s hard, but I was just shocked at the complete lack of attention to the customer or sense of urgency. Plus, the food was thrown together with minimal protein. You can tell that the employees didn’t care that someone had paid for the food. This could have been a better experience if the staff relayed more information to the customer instead of ignoring them, took more attention to the meals, and wo

The workers here never disappoint. They are always so friendly and engaging in conversation. The area is always clean and typically well stocked with utensils. I come here way more than I should because the food is always poppin off.

Good Costa Vida Location! The manager on duty that made my food was really friendly! The location of this one makes it convenient and I'll definitely be here again. When I've come in the past, the wait wasn't cast long too
