Noodles and Company

Would not recommend. Spent $30 on food that wasn't even editable. The only good thing about my meal was the drink. (And the drink machine is broken. One is completely out of order and the other is literally dripping ALL over the floor.) I got the Japanese Pan Noodles and the broccoli in the bowl was still raw. The noodles were not cooked. And they literally put a whole stem of cilantro in the bowl they didn't even bother to chop it up. Not to mention the steak in my bowls was rubbery. The workers were listening to their airpods the whole time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was very disappointed and needless to say I will not be returning. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews but honestly this place deserves it.

I love this place, but the staff was very unprofessional tonight. They got our order wrong, and when we waited in front of the counter to ask if they could fix it, they ignored us for quite a while. There were no customers or anything, and when they came over they seemed very annoyed. She said “let me guess, no chicken?” and we said yes. They knew they had messed up our order and still gave it to us. Instead of remaking our meals, they just took the chicken off and handed it back, and we still found bits of chicken and mushrooms as well, both of which we told them we didn’t want. I love noodles and co, but it seems like the staff is not well trained. I work in the food industry and know these things are not acceptable. Vegetarian options: They have some pretty good vegetarian options! However, there was chicken in our dish that we didn’t order on my last visit, so definitely just be watchful.

Pretty good experience. Food was good. The only down fall to this location was all the dust/dirty that was on the ceiling/HVAC of the restaurant’s dining area.
