Even worse then I remember. Most incompetent lazy inconsiderate workers I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and nothing has changed. I come in and asked for 2 orders of teriyaki chicken, And they said it would be 40 minutes. Should have left at that point but I waited. While it was still cooking, the guy who was cooking it just left it on the stove and said he’s taking a break (Maybe wait til your done with your job before taking a break). Then when I finally got my food it was burnt and over cooked, this location should just shut down at this point. They still hire these careless jerks for employees who clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Order ahead, it is much faster and their website is easy to navigate and use. The staff was very courteous and well prepared. The place didn't feel understaffed. I was in and out in under a minute. June 24 2022 evening crew needs to be disciplined or terminated. Very lazy and disrespectful to customers. Food was burned and dry as well. Very disappointed
