Had to initially wait to be helped but food good. Loved the "greens". All employees polite and helpful. Kid-friendliness: 3 choices of Cub meals for children.

Worst customer service. Went to drive thru. They told me chicken was going to take 15 minutes to wait. Told them it’s fine. They asked to pull around to wait. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the store to check on the order. The guy on the phone acted clueless and asked if I may be ordered from a different location. I told him what I ordered. Then he asked me what kind of car I’m in then hung up on me. While I still didn’t get my answer. Then he came outside and I asked to see the receipt like he didn’t believe me that I ordered 30 minutes ago from them. Then I just asked for a refund. 45 minutes of waiting for nothing. Giving 1 star to them is being generous on my part. This is not my first bad experience there. It’s just shameful how bad of service they have there. Food is never ready, orders always messed up.

No noodles, grilled teriyaki chicken may be the worst chicken I have ever tasted. I would rather eat canned chicken. Orange chicken was nothing but bread. Should have looked online and saw the awesome 2 star average. My dog eats better
