So I grabbed 1 meal and 4 cubs meal. They forgot to give me my drink so I had to go in and get it. Than I o Lu got one fork. I was so disappointed. I was grabbing meals for my kids to eat while brother was in practice and now I am stuck with having to share one utensil. Than I asked for some chili sauce. I asked twice! I was told everything was inside and then I had none. Very very disappointing.
This location is THE BEST of all the Pandas. The place is always spotless and the staff is friendly. You are immediately greeted when you walk in to that location. Every location in town, SPECIALLY that god-awful one on Greenville avenue and Lovers Lane, should come to this location to see how a store is run. Reminds me of Dallas back in the 1990s when we were still known for having Southern hospitality. Great job and I'll drive outta my way to come here (even though I live close to the dirty Greenville avenue Lovers Lane location I will never go there again horrific service ????).
I got the beyond chikn, chow mein, rice, veggie rolls, and a drink and it was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh and they gave big portions. They weren't stingy!
