We ordered ahead with the app. 2 Chick sandwichs and two waffle fries and two sweet teas. We placed the order under my buddy Justin. We went thru the drive thru. It was really busy. We told them that we ordered ahead and gave the name. They said to pull-up . We got the two sweet teas and then an order for Drew. Nugs waffle fries and two cookies. We were upset.

They Forgot my grape jelly, so I went into the store and saw the area where all the condiments were and thought I grabbed some. I was immediately redirected to come to the counter as if I was doing something wrong. I'm a adult not a child, make sure you have a front door policy insinuating that most of the the inside of your store is close so customers don't get the wrong idea. Only at this location do they watch you if you're a person of color. Never had no problem getting condiments from inside the store at OTHER chickfila’s. FIX IT ????????‍♂️
