Such an amazing location! Very polite and welcoming staff. Amazing food s/o to Chief Andrew - definitely 10/10! Must visit this location!!
The food "bowl" is literally 1/3 empty. Noodles were fluffed to take up space, but there were very little noodles and little meat. Back in the day, I used to come here for the bowl meal and I could never finish at one sitting because ther was a generous amount of food. Now you basically pay for air, which is disappointing.
Mobile order line is deeper than regular customer line, and they keep helping out the 1 or 2 people who keeps walking in. If I knew, I would have just walked in instead of placing a mobile order. On top of that, you got 3 people working the line, not 1 person can pack the mobile orders? I would assume the process has to be better than this and just this store doesnt know what they’re doing. Otherwise Panda needs to rethink their process. Unacceptable.
