Chipotle Mexican Grill

The rice was half cooked today. The lady who served us food had attitude and did not put enough. We paid literally for rice. Management needs to have an training for employees as well

On a Saturday evening(9/17/22), the family and I decided to get Chipotle for dinner. Arrived at 9:23pm, walking to the entrance I could see the employees cleaning up, pulled on the door it was locked, looked for the hours of operation(10:30am to 10:00pm). Called the store and ask if the were closed, a young lady answered, I asked if they’re open, she said yes, but closing soon. I informed her that I was at the entrance but the door is locked, she started stuttering and replied “we’re closed”, I asked her what time do they close, she said 10:00pm, I looked at my phone and told her it was 9:28pm, she started stuttering again and said we’re closed. This is a problem because the franchise owner hire people and trust them with their business and because a bad employee or employees, the store get a bad review.

Horrible RIP Chipotle. They can’t even make white rice right anymore and when you ask for a little extra meat after they skimp you they smile and ask if you want to be charged for triple meat. The quality control is down the drain.
