Food is good, just not amazing. Reasonably priced, and big portions. Friendly staff. Would come back again.

My most recent trip here was very disappointing. I normally come here for breakfast. But this time, I was here during dinner because this was the place selected to have our monthly book club meeting. Any hoot, I ordered the fish and chip dinner (their version) with a side salad. My place came out and this was not what I expected. The fish was very hard and my food wasn't even hot any more. The salad was far more enjoyable than my dinner, sadly. Our waitress was not very friendly. She was not very familiar with the menu and their dishes. Come to find out, she's fairly new and was given a hard time by another large party before we got there. I guess they were being rude to her. So I guess that's why she wasn't really into serving us. I used to love coming here! This was our go-to spot to celebrate our sister/cousin birthday breakfast. They'd served so much food and the price was perfect. Even the service was better. The family really enjoyed the food. All dishes had large portions and were tasty. Reasonable prices. The staff were nice, welcoming, and attentive. We didn't wait long to get our food. The restaurant is pretty big so we didn't wait long to be seated. Definitely recommend you check it out. Better than Denny's and Norm's!
