Jack in the Box

Bought a#12 meal early morning of 7/22/23 and when I got home, I noticed some funky taste on my sandwich. I checked on my sandwich and found some molds on the bottom of the buns. I tried to call the store to warm them to check their buns but nobody picked and the voice mail was not set up. Called back the following day and the same thing happened . Dietary restrictions: I am on a safe and clean food restriction, not on a molded bun diet

NOT happy with my breakfast Jack. I ordered a breakfast Jack no ham, sub egg to get double egg, and I just got home to discover that the second egg was only half of an egg, it was like half dollar size, and both eggs were so burnt that they were hard and crispy! Horrible food experience, very disappointed. And then you cannot even call them because they don’t answer the phone, and no message can be left. Also, I cannot do the survey, because the receipt has too little ink, so it is not even readable!
