Worst customer service. I asked for mushrooms and bell peppers on one of the subs and they flat out refused. I even offered to pay extra for them on the side. They still refused. Then after I posted a complaint on Facebook, they cancelled my order enntirely. I asked if I could speak to the owner to see if we could work this out. I even offered to amend my review. The owner refused to talk with me. Horrible customer service. Just horrible. And over what? A few mushrooms and bell peppers? Amazing.
Small hidden gem in Lakewood. Stopped by looking for some good Italian food. First time here. Made fresh to order which is a plus. Had to wait about 25 minutes which was fine. They have seats outside to relax on while waiting. Next time I'll order it online to pick up. Big portions and hits the spot! Parking: Big parking lot in a plaza setting Dietary restrictions: They have a healthy choice pasta option with no sauce, just olive oil and veggies.
Ordered the Garlic Chicken Pizza, Antipasto Salad and Cannelloni. The pizza had hardly any flavor (where's the garlic?!), the salad had a lot of dressing even though I asked for it on the side, and the filling for the Cannelloni tasted either old or store bought. Won't be back again, I should have gone with my gut and gotten Me-n-Eds.
