Just arrived in Sarasota and first stop was here at The Overture. Stephanie was tending bar and quite nice and professional. Wife and I enjoyed 2 glasses of the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and a very good entertainer. Nice afternoon.
The food was so good it redefined the definition of delicious. My girlfriend and myself couldn’t believe the magic the chefs performed. The servers were personable and friendly as well. However, the place smelled so heavily of a very pungent perfume clearly distributed through the air ducts my date and I could taste it. It was so nauseating we almost had to leave but the food was too good. I would recommend to a friend just be ready for the terrible smell.
Great continental breakfast discovery. Even though I am a Sarasota resident, and would not have thought of hotel dining, this unique Cuban style cuisine is special, and I will definitely go back!
