This place has absolutely gone downhill. Eating in the restaurant is a pretty consistent experience, always as expected. It's their To Go service that is so awful. We love the food, but the service is so inconsistent. When we get food to go, it is wrong 100% of the time. We have just come to expect it, and we check everything in every order before we leave, and I mean everything. The sides, the ingredients in the salad, that the sauce ramekins are filled more than 1/5 full, that the sauces are even there. If we didn't like the food so much we wouldn't eat there. Then, they give you a credit for the mistakes they made, and it sticks to your phone number, and if you don't tell them when you make your next order about it, it sits there, unused. They put the burden of remembering your deserved credit on you after waiting for a manager to finally pick up the phone. My advice is to just eat at the restaurant and never order food to go unless you have time to check the entire order
I haven't been to an Outback in YEARS!!!! And it was because I had some horrible experiences. However, this Outback just blew me away! The manager sat me and helped to get me comfortable while my waitress could free herself from her other tables. The food was ON POINT!!! My steak was cooked just how I asked for it... I will totally be back here. The service AND food will bring me back!!! Well done Outback!
I was there last Sunday and we spent almost $140 . It was not worth it. The food was not good . The waitress wasn’t friendly . I got my meat without my fries .The waitress got the wrong order . Anyways I will never going back. Don’t waste your money
