This visit was great! The salmon he had was really good but.. the prosciutto wrapped pork loin with fig sauce was prepared perfectly! It was about the best I've had yet (other times were good to alright) whomever the chef(s) was on that night (Aug 11th) made everything perfect. One of my favorite places to go.

The moment I set foot in this fine establishment, I was greeted by the dashing waiter Chris, a true swashbuckler of hospitality. With a smile as bright as a sunbeam on the open sea, he guided me through a culinary voyage fit for a pirate king. The fragrant aroma of grilled treasures and the symphony of spices danced upon me tongue, transportin' me to gustatory ecstasy. Carrabas be a haven of flavors, where linguini with succulent shrimp and seared scallops as tender as a mermaid's kiss await ye. So, me hearties, set sail for Carrabas and let Chris and his crew whisk ye away on a gastronomic adventure ye won't soon forget. Fair winds and bountiful flavors be waitin' for ye, me fellow seafarers!
My experiences here have been nothing short of amazing !! One day Carl mentioned the Wine dinners and since then I’ve attended EVERY single one. It’s amazing to see how Carl and the staff participate and make this event so spectacular. Thank you all at Carrabas ! And special thanks to you Carl !
