Outback Steakhouse

I brought my daughter in the other day and Ellie was remarkable server ! She was outgoing and observant. The food was delicious and she did great at explaining in detail! The Darn was delicious and I can't wait to come back for another one of our daddy daughter days!

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. My husband and I came here on the sixth. To start, our waitress was awful. In the middle of introducing herself, she picked up her tip from the table behind us and started counting it. As we ordered, she did not acknowledge that we were ordering. We had to ask her if she got what we said. When I asked where the sides were, she sarcastically said “on the menu”. Yes OF COURSE they’re on the menu. In the middle of us ordering our food, she turned away from the table a second time to talk to another table. Once we ordered, we waited about 45 minutes before asking about our food. We noticed that people that walked in with us had already eaten and left. She proceeded to take 10 minutes to “check” on our food in the back. Once she can back out, she told us that the were on the “new system” and the “system was down”. How was the system down when others around us were getting their food? Why did she not alert us earlier if the system was down

I went here with my wife on Veteran’s day and they gave us a free bloomin’ onion. It was really good. We got some steak and it didn’t even need sauce, it was already very good and it was perfectly cooked as you can tell by the picture. 10 stars!
