We came on a night when an advertised band program deal. They didn't have enough staff. The host didn't even start a wait list until I asked him several times. All the guy said was "that's a good idea, I never thought of that." Then took several other times to mention the list. Horrible experience just waking in the door. I suggest go to a different Chili's if possible.
We Didn’t care for our food at all. Sent the pasta back because it was cold when it arrived. I bit into my sliders which should’ve been well done and they weren’t cooked. They remade them and I opened the new ones and they were the same. We didn’t touch our drinks because something was in it. Not the best experience for our first visit.
