Awesome people, very slow service! From the looks of things it look like they need help on the line. They are very short handed, don’t even know who the store manager is, seems like they’re never there or they don’t have 1. Stopped for lunch today and was told my wait for a sub would be 15-20 min. Where’s the help??!! 1 person on register, 2 on the line, and a lobby full of people waiting for food.
Worst firehouse I’ve been to in a while… waited 25 min for my sub, a lot of people in lobby. Sodas seem like they were out of everything. Poor management if you’d ask me. Is there ever a store manager there? If so they must be hiding in the back and definitely not helping the other staff members make subs… must be doing manager things who knows! Won’t be back
Firehouse is my favorite sandwich chain. Rhis particular location is no different. Hats off to the crew that shows up to work, works their butts off, and provides good service despite some of the rude customers. You all are appreciated.
