Outback Steakhouse

Went last night for a disappointing dinner. Understaffed. Our waitress did the best she could under the circumstances. Very cheerful and nice. Long wait for dinner, then received not hot. Outback standards are usually very high from Customer Service to great tasting food. Paying top/fair dollar for all of the above. Certainly not met last night. Hopefully management can figure it out.

Outback service and flavor have finally returned to montrose. I know the restaurant never really went anywhere, but the service and quality disappeared awhile ago! Finally it is back! Tonight my steak loving daughter begged to go back to Outback, I was hesitant but when your 9yo begs its hard to say no. I am so glad I didn’t say no. We came at 6pm on a Saturday and had the most amazing food in front of us in less than 30 min. Shannon was an amazing server. Thank you Outback for bringing quality back to this location.

Well I called ahead 2 hours in advance for call ahead seating. When I arrived they said they didn't have any record of my call but they did seat us in 5 minutes instead of making me wait 1 hour. Our waitor arrived quickly and took our drink order and appetizers order and our meal order. The fried Mushrooms arrived cool not hot as expected then the salads....we waited almost 2 hours for our steaks.... ended up leaving because I had to be in Cleveland in 30 minutes... the wait or told me we were waiting because there was a party of 25 there and after they got them out of the way things should speed up... so I guess they were more important than I was.... so that was reflected in my tip...
