SCAM: Check 68118, 04/14/2022, 5:35pm, TO GO order. Ordered four bowls with soup. $5.99 each bowl. Got only 6 tbsp (table spoons) in each "bowl" (ridiculously low) in time when at other Longhorn restaurants the "bowl" is 3 times more. Cook can be mistaken for one "bowl", but not for 4. SCAM. Easy count: (6 tbsp=$5.99+tax). Update: Stopped at this restaurant again with new order. Accidently seen the shift manager ( about 35+ y.o. man). Informed him and asked Would he be interested to fix the problem? Instead of simply say "Yes" and fix it: 1. He told that he will inform the team. 2. After for a while he began to tell the story that "bowl" is 4 oz (for $5.99?) only and restaurant can not loose money to offer more than that. 3. After I asked was he kidding me - he began to recalculate each penny and finally offered 2 bowls to fix the problem. I turned around and hope do not see him ever again. Attached photo shows one out of 4 paid caps with "bowl" size soup each: $5.99 for 6 tbsp.

I think they are short staff, upon arriving no one could seat us so we found a table and some one did come over and cleaned our table. She apologized and the service was outstanding. Her recommendations for lunch/dinner was great, the rare steak was great, the shrimp dinner was outstanding. The barcode use in paying the bill was outstanding. I was impressed with a picture of Bill Picket in the lobby. We lived in Montana for 10 years, I met this gentleman at the African American Rodeo. Parking: Great handicap parking
