WHEN DOING A PICK UP ORDER, CHECK THE GRATUITY. We were charged 11$ gratuity for a PICK UP order. I was a hostess and that is way much for a tip. You box and bag MAYBE all the food, walk it out. We tip that for FULL SERVICE. We would not pay 11 for a PICK order that was WALKED OUT to us. You are NOT 5 star, don't charge like you are. It's not being broke, it's not being stingy, it's not being ungrateful. It's getting dinner for a family who works in a dirty, hot factory for 8-10 hours and treating to ourselves once in awhile. Your food is already pricey, why rob more just for a tip that is not that deserved.?
The alfredo dip with the bread sticks is still amazing after so many years. I tried the herb grilled salmon with garlic butter, and it was a little pricey but great! Our server was Devon, and she was amazing. She made the experience extra special with her friendly, upbeat attitude. I really enjoyed my dinner here!
We do love to go here for lunch. Salad, breadsticks, and soups for 1 low lunch special, which is so worth it. We only eat lunch here because the dinners are pricey. Always seem to be busy, but they also always have room.
