McDonald's

We went to this McDonald’s with a few hours to go before they closed. There was only one other car in the drivethru, but it did take us quite awhile to be able to place our order. I got a quarter pounder with a Dr. Pepper, and it was all great. The drink wasn’t watered down at all and the sandwich was prepared well and had good flavor. Sadly their ice cream machine was down, but I won’t ding them for that since I know it’s out of their control. Overall an above-average McDonald’s experience.

Worst McDonald's experience I have had at this location today at 1pm. Nearly no cars in line, ordered from the menu but couldn't understand them over the low quality speaker to confirm nor a screen to see. Promotions posted were not honored we had to correct them multiple times to get full order were extremely rude as we tried to get our full order. They also failed to tell us till after we paid and looked in the bag to check they were out of ordered items. Drive the 10 minutes to another location. Save yourself the headache.

I can't believe the amount of people just standing around behind the counter. Not wearing hairnets or wearing them improperly. Making food without plastic gloves on. And then just the general rudeness of employees. However the young lady that took our drink order. ( couldn't bring myself to order food since health regulations evidently don't matter ) was very polite and apologetic for the wait and delay..
