O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Just close the restaurant. Happy hour is on the menu. However, Stockbridge location is the only location that doesn't provide happy hour all, though they are serving alcohol if it's available. Food was not tasty. Server was informative.

Wasn't sure anyone was going to seat us even though the place was quite empty. Joe finally arrived and seated us and took our drink order. Polite young man. I had the popcorn shrimp and salmon with asparagus and baked potato. We had to flag Joe down for refills. My companions burger looked dry, though he didn't complain.

Worst curbside/ to go service ever.. made order at 6:30pm. I was in parking area waiting for curbside. Was told order would 24 minutes. I was good with that. Why at 7:30pm still had not my order. So went talk Mgr (no cs skills). Told him issue he went in back came back with my food. I look in bag checking out food and all cold. So I let him know unacceptable he grabs bag and walk off. So then he comes and says they are cooking a new order. This already been an hour+ wait. Now I gotta wait again. Didn't offer me a drink; partial refund, nothing. And felt like I should not complain cause they are cooking my order over. No mister it should have done right the first time. They whole to go/curbside staff need retraining in customer service and etiquette. Including manager. Don't eat here unless you are dining in.. worst service I recieved at a restaurant!!! Parking: Park in curbside/to go spots and they ignore you are there. Even after you call in..
