Never could get anyone to acknowledge me at the window. Stood there I know a good 30 minutes.. also 2 woman that worked there come out 2 Times one which has spoken to us twice an went back in, knew we were standing there, still didn't acknowledge us after she went in an knew we were waiting. After about 45 minutes we left an are else where.

This is a hit or miss location with the food and the service. There will be days food is great customer service is great and then food is terrible as well as customer service. My last experience the both was bad. The 4 egg breakfast the price had gone up crazy the toast was like eating cardboard bacon burnt and customer service ????????. I reached out to corporate and have yet to hear from anyone. I won't be going back to this location

After a disastrous experience at the McDonough Krystal, still wanted cheese Krystsls and drove to the Stockbridge location on 138. Drive through open bit we wanted to eat outside since there is no indoor seating here. Went to walk up window and rudely told they did not accept walking at this time. When do you accept walk ups? No reason to be rude in any case. Walk up window was very nasty (dirty). Made me wonder how food prep area looked. Only one drive through line open for some reason snd it did not move at all. We took our business elsewhere but Krysal 0 for 2 on this day.
