If I could rate this a Zero I would, this is terrible. I ordered To-Go, I order 30$ worth of food for nothing. My soup bowls that I ordered were not full it was less than half of a bowl. My rolls were thrown into a bag, I ordered 16 rolls if I would’ve gone to any other restaurant they wouldn’t of just been thrown in a paper bag were the paper bag was saugie and ripped bc the rolls were atleast warm and greasy. This was pure laziness of an employee, they did not care about the customers this is sad bc my family loves ocharleys. This was beyond the worst take out dinner I’ve ever had.
The food was average, not great but not awful. The waiter was the best part of the experience. The service was fast and accurate. The rolls were delicious, if the rest of the meal was as delicious as the rolls I would give 5 stars … More
We went to the one in Avon Indiana and it's certainly is not what it used to be. The service was good but the food was terrible my salmon was stuck to the board it was so dry. And my friend's was a total disaster
