Everything was delicious! The rolls and cheese fries got us started, and then onto the steak and prime rib. Was so much we needed to-go boxes! Always a pleasure dining here.

We started our dinner with a sampler appetizer of Fried Pickles, Boneless Wings and Rattlesnake Bites. The Fried Pickles had a perfect amount of breading, and had a snap and a bit of brine when biting into them. Absolutely delicious. The boneless wings were coated in a mild buffalo sauce flavor, tasted good, but had a bit too much breading. The Rattlesnake Bites were a mini version of jalapeno poppers full of cheese with a hint of spice from the jalapeno peppers. The sirloin steak tasted delicious but it was a bit undercooked. I requested medium rare and got rare. It still tasted delicious, but I did not request to have it cooked correctly. It would have taken forever, and I wasn't willing to wait because the restaurant was crowded. The service was a bit slow and spotty, bit we enjoyed our meals including the warm rolls with the cinnamon butter.

Served us an actual RAW hamburger patty. Service was absolutely horrible too. This is the most unacceptable thing that has ever been served to me in my life at a restaurant. If the cook doesn’t care about what comes out of the kitchen, you should be ashamed. You can tell it’s raw just from the outside of the burger, so there is no excuse for this. If you want to get sick and eat raw meat, this is the place to go.
