Noodles and Company

I have been coming to noodles and co for years and recently I have been very disappointed. Today, I ordered potstickers and they were completely soggy as though they had been microwaved or boiled. I also do not like the fact all the salads have greens & kale mix as the salad base. If you do not like kale, there is no opportunity to omit it. Since I was not able to order the salad, I ordered the penne rosa. Again, in the past this has been very good. For this visit, there was hardly any sauce and it tasted more like a marinara sauce than anything. I also noticed a tray of chicken sitting out behind the gentleman taking my order. The chicken remained sitting out when our meal was done. My daughter also asked for chop sticks when the server brought our food and he replied "they're inside." I feel like customer service and food quality has slipped under the cracks from noodle and co and I will not be returning.

Ordered a Penne Rosa, soup, salad, and baguette to go for myself and another person for lunch. The Penne Rosa didn't have any mushrooms or spinach in it and barely any tomatoes. Why charge me the cost of the original dish when you aren't going to include all the ingredients? The Cesar Salad didn't have fresh lettuce and the soup was cold and wasn't reheated through - which means they aren't serving fresh soup. I was there to pick up my food at 1:30pm so it wasn't like it was near closing time. Also, the staff was very rude. They didn't have signs about where to go or how to pick up online orders so when I went to look at the orders on the shelves they yelled at me instead of explaining the process to a customer. Will not be going back again.

Havent came in 3 months and the new girl had me waiting to place my order more than 10min while she did other things , while the whole restaurant was empty,, i love this place and she had me waiting n waiting just to take my order this was on nov11 at 8:02 not exceptable. I was excited to come and now thanks to her my first bad experience
