Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered a burrito on the app, was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm. I arrived at 8:10 pm, it’s not ready, so I wait, finally got it at 8:25pm and DID NOT get what I ordered. I got a HUGE burrito BOWL. I drive Uber, so wanted to be able to eat in the go with a burrito. I also ordered chips, got a HUGE bag of them that were mostly stale! I don’t know why this Chipotle is so bad, I had veggies that looked YUCK!

I give this two stars solely because of the one young man acting like an octopus and making all the bowls. He was extremely nice and personable. However, he was left to do all the work with a long long behind us and the cashier was extremely unhelpful. We asked for salt and she literally gave no effort to find us salt. The chicken was chewy and gross. My bowl ended up looking like soup after all that sour cream. Ugh. Had to eat it though bc we were there but def wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I was an avid customer of this place for a long time and worked here 9 months. Eventually we got a new shift manager from the outside and I was disgusted with her behavior. I witnessed multiple major food safety violations from her within her first week here. The most notable were her dropping cheese on the ground picking it up and using it, and she served expired chicken that had gone bad. With this behavior both the GM and district manager defended her and were angry at me for bringing it up. So I quit and got another job. Regarding the chicken, I was made to prep it and cook it, which I saw as very unethical because that would be dangerous to customers. I advise any customers to not come here.
