Boston Market

Well the Ac is off, 89 degrees outside and 100+ degrees inside its a cold breeze every time someone opens the door. Restaurant has Not been cleaned properly in too long of a time, chairs are sticky the floor is sticky and there’s garbage on the floor. When Boston market first open at this location, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable, the food now is Mediocre, served to you by people that obviously don’t care about their quality of work. So sad to see that the quality of food & service has dropped by the wayside. Chicken was dry and flavorless all the sides are bland and flavorless or too sweet or too salty. I am sad to say that I will most likely never come back here ever again because what’s the point bad food poor service and dirty restaurant yuck 8/7/21 at 4pm

The worst service I have ever received. I asked for a chicken pot pie and got a side of chicken. Ordered a half chicken dinner and there was a 7 inch long hair in it. And when I called they said they dont remember...

The menu board was blank when I arrived. I had to use my phone to pull up the menu. The store is filled with boxes, tables have not been wiped or cleaned. The soda machine was out of Coke Zero and diet. There was no ice in the dispenser. The credit card reader did not work and I was prompted to repeat the process several times when it was clear there was a fault. The reader on the register took it the first time. I overheard other complaints, including a thanksgiving dinner package customer being double charged. The response was please call back on Wednesday, today is Saturday. I have stopped by this location occasionally over the last 4 years, today will be my last visit.
